Kendra and Paige were supremely helpful and made this a painless process (which is saying a LOT - getting what amounts to a second mortgage isn't what most people would consider easy under nearly any circumstances, but they made it exactly that!). Best experience ever with Wes Cohen. My wife and I were in discussion with two other lenders about getting a home equity loan and were just simply getting the run around. One Saturday morning I remembered an ad I had seen about Texas Lending and logged onto the website and filled out an application. Wes Cohen was absolutely amazing. He was one of the most professional and courteous man I've ever done business with.
