Words can’t describe how satisfied I am with the service Hain Shih provided. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made my wife and I feel like family. We went in the store looking for a specific model, they were out of that particular model but Hain told us to give her a couple days and she actually made it happen. Apparently the model we were looking for is a very popular. Overall I’m Extremely satisfied with my purchase as well as the customer service we experienced.
