Their insight on diamond cuts, settings, band widths and ethical diamond sourcing was invaluable. I felt incredibly confident walking away from the design process that I was in good hands. I was interested in purchasing a particular watch. I first reached out to Paulina, who had sold me a watch and provided great service in February. One model of the watch was on backorder and not immediately available. Paulina texted me that one had showed up. She referred me to Zach.
