I had a custom engagement ring made with a stone that I provided and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had never had a ring made before and found Hyde Park to be extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, not to mention the ring turned out beautifully.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
I'm a very happy customer of Hyde Park. I've purchased two watches from the Phoenix store, a Tudor Black Bay GMT “Pepsi” and an Oris Big Crown ProPilot Big Day Date. My sales person, Tish Schmidt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also have three watches in for service. John, the service manager in Phoenix, has been very helpful in finding me the service I needed. All in all, five stars for Hyde Park.
