Followed up on the watch I was interested in and held it for me until I was able to come by in person to see it to try it on. Hain also came in earlier than she was scheduled to do so the next day in order to work with my schedule, to help me see the watch.

Everyone there was great, especially Paul. Very pleasant and professional. My family owned a jewelry business, so I know the mark up is high and I just didn't walk out feeling I got a good deal. I do like the watch very much though!
