Just bought a hard to find Rolex at Hyde Park Jewelers. Jessica Brent was fabulous! Not only did she find the watch when other stores couldn’t, but she also provided a high level of professionalism, customer service and courtesy that will certainly bring me back. I highly recommend this boutique!
I bought my first Cartier from Hyde Park in 1989 and remain impressed by their vast array of high-end watches. I am especially grateful to Susi Altman for her depth of knowledge and superb responsiveness. Today she ordered another hard-to-find limited edition G-Shock for my collection.
I have traveled to Denver frequently during the last 10 years and have been fortunate to find Hyde Park Jewelers. Their selection of high quality watches is very good and it is only surpassed by the service and knowledgeable staff, especially Susi. Susi has assisted me in several occasions in purchasing several watches that were very unique and limited editions, one from Bell & Ross and the other from Vortic. I called Roberto Coin in Cherry Creek Mall to confirm a price of diamonds by the inch 3. Joanna Turynska answered, and helped me confirm the price of the necklace, as I saw it online. The price was different- more expensive in the store, and she was very helpful with a better price by a few dollars.
