Hain is great! She has been communicative and has listened to what I have been looking for, and promptly helped me get a hard-to-find piece that I love!
Followed up on the watch I was interested in and held it for me until I was able to come by in person to see it to try it on. Hain also came in earlier than she was scheduled to do so the next day in order to work with my schedule, to help me see the watch.
