I had such a lovely experience working with Tony. He was very patient and responsive with me in my process of getting a watch! He made it that much more enjoyable and you are lucky to have him on the team. He has great follow up and makes me want to continue coming back to Hyde Park Jewelers.

We went to Hyde Park to get wedding rings made and met Matthew who is extremely knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Matthew made the process easy and fun. He helped us design matching rings that are incredible. While we were there he also helped us buy a fantastic watch and a beautiful bracelet. I highly recommend Matthew and Hyde Park for any and all jewelry wants and needs.

John was incredible to work with. We picked our the watch for my husbands wedding gift with John. He knew so much history about all of the Panerai watches we looked at and gave us honest answers and opinions about all of our questions. He handed us off to Tony to pickup the watch since he would be out of town and Tony was very helpful and a great conversation! Excellent people and customer service. I had never personally purchased a luxury watch before, so I came in with zero expectations and a limited understanding of what I wanted. I knew what color I wanted the band and dial to be, and that's about it. Tony was there to help me immediately, answering all of my questions and giving a few suggestions that matched the wider parameters of my search.
