They were just amazing! I took my dog for the 1st time this week for a 6 pm appointment and they treated both of us like we were the only ones they'd seen all day! They were thorough, patient and truly listened to me.

Very easy to book an appointment on your phone via their website. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait and walked right into the exam room after check-in. This is my second visit; but, first visit with my cat Missy Mae. Missy was very nervous and shaking. The vet assistant was so kind and gentle with her and the doctor was too! It really helped Missy to relax. I will continue to bring my pets here.

Can't thank this place enough. All of my fur babies come here for routine vet care, but what made this place extra special was when my dog needed stitches urgently after being bit by another dog, and they got him in immediately on a Saturday and took care of him. All of the staff are amazing, but want to give a shout out to Dr. D. Thanks for stitching up my boy and making me and him feel calm during a scary process. So grateful for you guys.

This is my regular vets office and I have never had one bad experience here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They're amazing with my animals and they're amazing at the front desk! Also they stay on top of giving you any and all info / options for whatever your visit may be.

I brought my cat Sami here due to what seemed like a bad mouth infection. They were able to see him the same day I called and we scheduled surgery for less than a week later. Unfortunately when they went to do surgery they discovered that he had a very aggressive cancer in his mouth. I have had to make this decision with a few pets previously, and the staff here handled everything as well as cold be asked for. Great office. Technician was very personable, put my dog at ease. Answered a lot of questions and good information. Dr Chris took an amazing interest in my baby and really examined her well. He discussed everything with me and we discussed various short and long term goals for her. Just a fantastic experience.
Brought my babies for their yearly checkup & the staff was just as amazing as last year! I will forever continue taking my babies to see Dr. Ingram as long as she is at this location! Love bringing my babies so much, that I continue sending my military friends to see Dr. Ingram as well. Icing on the cake is that Dr. Ingram used to have a chihuahua that looks just like my little guy, so they have a special little bond!

The Animal Hospital of North Charleston is great. Everyone there was great but I have to say you will not find a more sensitive and compassionate vet and tech as Dr. Ingram and Alison. We had to do the worst thing any pet owner has to do. They understand the pain of losing your fur baby. They underground animals become part of your family.
