I will continue to do all my real estate purchases with Tom Bashe. He was very helpful in getting us a good price for the home we were selling in Murrieta. And he convinced us to stay in Southern California, where we wound up buying in Carlsbad. Once again Tom represented us and negotiated an excellent price for us. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Tom was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. My mom and I wanted to sell our condo quickly and with minimal stress and work on our end. Ryan did that and made the whole process so easy and smooth for us. The condo showed for only one weekend and was listed for less than a week before we had enough offers to select one. We were both extremely pleased with the the time and final offer results!
