This is the best construction company I have dealt with ever. All crews were professional, polite, and very skilled. They arrived on time and explained the work they were going to do. The contracting was also pleasant and professional. We were kept aware of the process and what would be involved through the span of the project.

Basic Basement Company was great! Everyone that came to our house was professional and polite. From the beginning when they drew the sketch, to when they started with the frame, to finishing the paint and the doors. Also, Gail in the office is wonderful too!

One of the best contractor I have worked with. I am done multiple projects in my house, but I have never work with such professional contractor. Starting with explaining project, getting permit, working with township inspectors, sending materials, crews, project manager, end to end work completion and finally their Coordinator Gail was super. Sales experience was awful. Ask for an actual contractor to come by with the sales person. Our sales person left a lot of details out (waterproofing even though we showed him the water issue; told us the flooring pricing would have to come after framing because of a lump on the floor that needed to be addressed- all could have been put in original quote if a contractor had examined the situation as we found out much later on).
