Love it! It’s now our favorite room in the house. Work was performed neatly and in a timely manner. Very organized, inspections done as work was finished. Never missed a day of work. Everyone was courteous, respectful and very easy to deal with. Gave us a schedule each week of what to expect each day. Was accurate with estimate of timeline. Came out better than we had expected!

Basic Basement Co was amazing. A big thank you to Gail and Kevin whom have made the whole process painless. I had a wonderful experience working with the Basic Basement Company. Professional, courteous, timely. Gail made the entire process for me so easy and hands off - which is exactly what I was looking for. She took care of everything – scheduling the deliveries, work days, inspections….everything. The crew was so wonderful to work with – on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and just nice. And in this Covid time, always practicing social distancing and all wore masks. I finally love walking into my basement.

I was so pleased with the services provided by Basic Basement Co. The project was so organized and spread over couple weeks. I truly appreciate Gail , Kevin and all the team members who did their part in completing our basement without giving us any hassle. Basic Basement did a great job remodeling our basement. Our basement was unfinished and we never used it because it looked terrible. Basic Basement was responsive to every inquiry we made during the project, the employees were always on time and professional, and the workmanship was top notch. The cost of the project was fair and did not increase. I strongly recommend this company.
