We are so happy we went with Basic Basement to finish our basement. One of the best decisions and investments we could have made in our home! Work went really well. Appreciated having a project manager on site before framing started to confirm the layout I wanted. Very professional. Each crew that came in was respectful of my house and nice to interact with. We made a few changes a long the way that they were accommodating of, like deciding to replace the drywall in the stairwell and add solid core instead of hollow core doors. I am so happy with how our basement turned out. We had a small, partial basement completely unfinished, was just disgusting. Its now a bright, beautiful playroom for our children. After the installation of my French drain /sump pump, we hired the Basic Basement Company to finish one side of our basement. All portions of the project went smooth and rather quickly. (Started the end of October/Finished middle of February) The only delay was the Christmas holiday/New Years weeks off and my personal 2 week vacation. Thanks to my Sales Rep Ed , coordinator Gail, project manager Mike and everyone else from the electricians to the painters for such a wonderful transformation.
