We used Totally Basments to finish our basement this past fall. While it did take a little longer than the originally estimated time of 6 weeks, the basement was completed in a professional manner and all work completed went above our expectations. Recently, we hired Basic Basement to finish our basement. Gail was the project coordinator and Kevin was the project manager. We are very happy with their work and would like to hire them again in future. They wrap the work before they their timeline though we had Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. After receiving multiple quotes, we chose the Basic Basement Co. to finish our basement including adding a 1/2 bath. Right from the start, they were very professional. The overall process was extremely efficient and well-coordinated. Gail, our project coordinator, was superb. She kept us informed of next steps and was very responsive to any questions we had. Basic Basements made this process extremely smooth and easy. We were seriously not inconvenienced at all despite having pretty major work done in our home. You now how you get an estimate of a timeline and a bottom line cost and you figure in your mind "ok double that - it'll take twice as long and cost twice as much"? That was not the care at all.
