My wife and I did a lot of research when choosing a contractor to help us finish our basement, and Basic Basement Co had come highly recommended by a friend. I rarely write reviews but would like to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by this company. Every contractor was reliable, courteous and did top notch work on my basement project. The scheduler was also on top of everything and very responsive. Highly recommend the Basic Basement Company!

Met with salesman Dan, very nice and personable. He was not pushy in the least and was very knowledgeable. Gail in main office is the coordinator for all facets of the job. Could not ask for a better communicator. She was on top of our job from permits to completion. These guys are very efficient. They have different crews for all the trades required and they’re good. I can not say enough about Basic Basement Co. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. Kevin was the first person we met with and he walked us through the process. We had our basement finished and it was completed well ahead of schedule. Gail and Kevin were wonderful to work with and always responded in a timely manner. They walked us through every step of the process and there were no major hiccups at all. Great customer service and a great job on finishing the basement! Lastly, the price was unbeatable.
