This is the second time that we've used the Basic Basement Company to finish a basement for us. We are very happy with the results. The process was smooth, timely and professional. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Communication was excellent. Great work!

I rarely write reviews but would like to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by this company. Every contractor was reliable, courteous and did top notch work on my basement project. The scheduler was also on top of everything and very responsive. Highly recommend the Basic Basement Company!

Met with salesman Dan, very nice and personable. He was not pushy in the least and was very knowledgeable. Gail in main office is the coordinator for all facets of the job. Could not ask for a better communicator. She was on top of our job from permits to completion. These guys are very efficient. They have different crews for all the trades required and they’re good. We had our basement finished and it was completed well ahead of schedule. Gail and Kevin were wonderful to work with and always responded in a timely manner. They walked us through every step of the process and there were no major hiccups at all. Great customer service and a great job on finishing the basement! Lastly, the price was unbeatable.

I can not say enough about Basic Basement Co. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. Kevin was the first person we met with and he walked us through the process. 1. Planning and executing of the project was on time and perfectly done. 2. Coordinations between the teams and ordering material just needed. 3. Floors are cleaned after each day of work. 4. Township Inspection is done with no issues.

We have been using Basic Companies since 2014. We had them finish our basement (2014), remodel our kitchen (2018) and add a bathroom in the basement (2020). In all cases, the projects were completed on time, budget and with the highest quality. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will be going to them for our next remodeling project. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Overall I liked and enjoyed all the people who came to do the work with such great professionalism, spirit and a well communicated staff during the entire process.
