A few years ago The Blind Factory did an excellent job for us w/ our motorized blinds on our first floor. More recently when a new set of blinds for our master bath did not close symmetrically, Gina insisted on replacing both. New blinds were perfect and replaced in 2 weeks. Much thanks to Gina & her professional staff.
