This was the second time we have bought window and door blinds from The Blind Factory. We love the patio door vertical blinds just purchased. Everyone who sees them asks where we found them. The installers (Steve and Larry) were the original installers we had on the first purchase. They were great on both installs making sure everything was installed perfectly. They even shared great tips on how to clean and operate the patio blinds so there would not be issues for years of enjoyment.

Instillation was smooth and timely. The technicians also showed me how to take them down and put them back up which was very helpful.

both installers were professional and polite. they also helped us move furniture back after placement of the blinds. upon leaving they made sure everything was cleaned up
