Wonderful experience blinds are fantastic! The installers need to have more knowledge of the remote app and how to control the blinds. That’s the only improvement we could suggest.

As usual you had exactly what I was looking for. Pam was very helpful in helping me choose fabric. Ordered and was pleasantly surprised 5 weeks later when installed. Installers were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I love my new Roman shade.
