Excellent service. Showroom provides a great representation all their Product’s. Process was quick and easy. Installation was very professional and the Blind Factory offers a verity of products at different price points. Will absolutely use again

Beautiful blinds and everyone was so nice. My only complaint would be the string to open the blinds is so high I have to stand on a step stool or couch to reach it. Seems is was installed for a 6 ft man, not a 5 ft woman. Other than that, all good.

Everything was great other than a couple of glitches. One curtain did not track straight and was replaced Another had a spot on the fabric and was replaced. Otherwise, everything turned out beautiful.
