They were great explaining differences in blinds and what fit our situation and budget. When there was a delay in our order they found a workaround. Installation was fast and very efficient.

From the minute I walked into the showroom, I knew we came to the right place. We were met with warm, friendly service by the owner, whose skilled questions really honed in on our needs & we were able to make an informed decision about our bedroom blinds and ordered within an hour. The blinds came in right on time, the installer showed up right on time, and the blinds look fabulous. The Blind Factory did a great job for me. The woman who came out to measure for the blinds was friendly and explained to me how they could deal with a couple of windows that required modifications of the blinds. The installers were also friendly and efficient and the blinds were cleanly installed.

For my experience, it was easy and so convenient. I picked out the fabric/materials/features that I wanted while in the store. They came out measured and in a short amount of time (2 weeks?) they came to my home and measured them. Someone came out and installed them. I need another one and won't hesitate to call!
