Pam was awesome! The blinds fit perfectly. Installation was quick and easy, no mess at all! I would highly recommend The Blind Factory to anyone based on my experience.
Everything went well. The only thing is I wished I had asked or your representative would have noticed brown framing around the blinds to match the woodwork.

They came, they measured, they helped me pick a color, told me how long it would take for custom indoor shutters...and so I waited. Took several weeks less than expected. They came, they installed, they cleaned up, and they left. Super easy, super-fast, really nice guys couldn't be happier. ;o)
This was the second time we have bought window and door blinds from The Blind Factory. We love the patio door vertical blinds just purchased. Everyone who sees them asks where we found them. The installers (Steve and Larry) were the original installers we had on the first purchase. They were great on both installs making sure everything was installed perfectly. They even shared great tips on how to clean and operate the patio blinds so there would not be issues for years of enjoyment.
Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly in the selection and installation of our window blinds. I would rely on them again.
Instillation was smooth and timely. The technicians also showed me how to take them down and put them back up which was very helpful.
