This is the second time u used The Blind Factory! They are first class from start to finish. They are experts at window coverings. They know their products well. The installation was perfect and very fast.

I really enjoyed my experience with dealing with your company. From day one, stopping in your office and selecting my blinds, the staff was very helpful. They worked with me on finding parts for broken brackets & fixing blind that needed repair. Always communicated with me regarding my order. The installers were great & very helpful with making sure all brackets & blinds were secure. We had one gal while they were here, which they fixed. Did not realize until this week it put a small gash in wall. It is very repairable. Everyone is so knowledgeable & helpful. Definitely recommend them.
