The biggest driving... (Verified Renter) The biggest driving factor of why I would hesitate to recommend the Boulevard to a friend is the response to the consistent noise issues in our apartment. Loudest place I have ever lived/visited EVER So, I can’t say anything poor about the management. They seemed to handle any issues and fixes with ease... Having said that, there is a discount tire directly across the street. They are at maximum noise level 7am-6/7/8 Pm 6 days a week. Ok too if that the complex is directly on the side of Colorado Blvd, which has 8 lanes of traffic directly out of your window. great start but lack luster returns When I first moved to the Boulevard I loved it. The neighborhood seemed nice, with Trader Joes walking distance and my favorite bar two blocks away. Our apartment itself was lovely. Nice square footage. Great walk in closet and full in unit washer and dryer! The bathroom is huge, with a great soaking tub and the only issue was our toilet was crooked. Just okay It’s getting expensive. The carpets on the side that face the Acoma street smell like dog urine. There isn’t any grass so dogs go on the sidewalk or on the dirt right next to the building which makes the entrance smell as well. When I complained about how many people smoke right outside the the building they said there is nothing they can do even though they are a nonsmoking building. Overall, it’s just okay for the price.
