I really like the maintenance crew and think they are friendly, respectful, and very competent at their jobs. The building itself is in a convenient location - very walkable from many things. Would not - leasing office. I know, it's the leasing office's job to make money but for those of us who live here... it's our home! Would recommend= high-end... (Verified Renter) Would recommend= high-end décor in lobby, hot tub, pool, building remodeled in 2016, solid foundation and can't hear neighbors, love how everyone has pets, love the tall windows and high ceilings and the refrigerator. The only bad part is lack of free parking when your friends visit or leave their car overnight on street.
