If you only... (Verified Renter) If you only use the microwave or boil water, and if you and your roommate work different shifts, the place is perfect. Definitely a lot of square footage for the money. Walking distance to everything. We loved it.

I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the location and staff very much. I wish more attention was paid to general interior maintenance and cleaning. The halls go for weeks without vacuuming and marks and damage to walls goes for long periods of time before being fixed.
The maintenance crew... (Verified Renter) The maintenance crew here is always polite and reliable. Their supervisor even took time to stop in and make sure the fix was going well.
I am very... (Verified Renter) I am very happy with my apartment, the amenities and staff. The complaint I have is the condition of the hallways- huge marks on walls that could be cleaned/painted over, and the carpeting is pretty stained and nasty.

Many annoyances... broken things... not enough postal lockers, inconsistent mail dropped any number of 3 - 4 places, parkM is a hassle as are regular threats of towing and actions, frequent apartment inspections and fire alarms.... seems like there is always something.
Our shelves have... (Verified Renter) Our shelves have collapsed three times. While the fixes were fast, the shelf construction will never be stable.
