I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about the apartment so far except the rude neighbors that blast music every other night at the hot tub. I've called this in twice because they were out there past 10 with multiple guests blasting their hideous music. I would recommend a non-courtyard apartment though.

We have not... (Verified Renter) We have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. We are so pleased at how quiet it is to live here. We have had a great time at the events organized by the property. Also, this location is ideal for our needs. The amenities such as the kitchen, theatre, and computer work area have giving us extra space when we needed it on occasion.
I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the building itself is poorly made, and all walls, floors, ceilings are extremely thin. It was extremely noisy and I had to file several noise complaints.

Location is great... (Verified Renter) Location is great and the staff are very attentive and welcoming. I would just tell them not to rent any unit close to the southwestern corner of the building.
best value in... (Verified Renter) best value in the area. Especially $ per Sqft and parking alone is worth it. Also great location with good parking options even though guest parking is perpetually full.
AMAZING! The Boulevard is an amazing building in the perfect location. The building is located on Broadway next to awesome local pubs and breweries. The parking is included and everyone owns a dog!
