We have not... (Verified Renter) We have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. We are so pleased at how quiet it is to live here. We have had a great time at the events organized by the property. Also, this location is ideal for our needs. The amenities such as the kitchen, theatre, and computer work area have giving us extra space when we needed it on occasion.
I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the building itself is poorly made, and all walls, floors, ceilings are extremely thin. It was extremely noisy and I had to file several noise complaints.

AMAZING! The Boulevard is an amazing building in the perfect location. The building is located on Broadway next to awesome local pubs and breweries. The parking is included and everyone owns a dog!
The biggest driving... (Verified Renter) The biggest driving factor of why I would hesitate to recommend the Boulevard to a friend is the response to the consistent noise issues in our apartment. Loudest place I have ever lived/visited EVER So, I can’t say anything poor about the management. They seemed to handle any issues and fixes with ease... Having said that, there is a discount tire directly across the street. They are at maximum noise level 7am-6/7/8 Pm 6 days a week. Ok too if that the complex is directly on the side of Colorado Blvd, which has 8 lanes of traffic directly out of your window.
