Getting expensive and... (Verified Renter) Getting expensive and charging for supplies is an issue for me... could pay the same, get amenities and have a better view in new high rises. Office staff is a huge improvement and the building is pretty good overall. Theatre room is one of the best reasons to stay.

I moved out of state and then came back and moved in for a third time because I loved living here, but I have noticed in recent months things have changed. I no longer know anyone in the leasing office, and since things have become electronic there is not a lot of reasons to visit the leasing office. The gym and... (Verified Renter) The gym and common areas are nice, however the neighborhood does not have much to offer and I have concerns that with new buildings nearby business will become more crowded.

For the amount... (Verified Renter) For the amount charged for rent versus the urban congestion, filth snd constant new construction going on, I would not recommend anyone to live downtown. But then it takes a certain type of person to want to be buried in that type of lifestyle and although I hated it, my son, who lived with me, loves living in Denver and intends to move back at the end of this lease. I however, will remain out here in suburbia.
The empty ground... (Verified Renter) The empty ground level apartment has a distinct musty smell which is pretty over powering. It needs ventilation before showing it. also, the general state of the trash cans etc. in the courtyards leaves a bit to be desired.
The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are in great condition, and the value can't be beat across Golden Triangle or Cap Hill!
I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about the apartment so far except the rude neighbors that blast music every other night at the hot tub. I've called this in twice because they were out there past 10 with multiple guests blasting their hideous music. I would recommend a non-courtyard apartment though.
