Sit down lunch and dinners at tables with tablecloths and a serving staff. A menu with two choices of entrees daily on the right side and on the left side is a menu of numerous choices "always available" in case the two daily entrees are of no interest to the resident. Both my husband and son thought it would be a great place for my mom! I haven’t met the staff but looking forward to meeting everyone. I have spoken with [name removed] by phone and she’s great! I haven’t actually seen the facility yet so I cannot answer the questions below.
Sales person was great but the facility was only a little smaller than my dad’s current facility. We are looking for even smaller. I liked the fact that they take residents fishing and for ice cream! It seemed they had plenty of activities. Building could use some refresh on the outside and some areas inside.
The independent living is extremely independent. They do the bare minimum and dont necessarily look out for resident's safety even when asked, which I understand liability wise but othet facilities offered 10am check ins for ALL residents. They only offer free breakfast and dinner which wasn't explained to us in the beginning only that two meals were free. Dining staff and cleaning services/maintenance are the best staff when it comes to warmth and caring.

The staff has been amazing and very informative. My mother has met many new friends and has a welcoming group of people along with her ambassador. The apartment is very nice and the food is fantastic. We are very pleased with the Brennity.
Staffing was excellent. Every area is a 5. Value of money a little pricy. I do need the add that the facility in general needs help. It looks run down a little bit. Some easy fixes. Doors, pressure wash out side. Carpets need cleaning.
I thought the staff was wonderful, it was clean, I'd really like the restaurant area was good too, the food seemed to be good, I like that you have the laundry service and hope that you guys continue to keep the rooms clean.
1. Overall gets 4, 2. Kept clean 5, 3. Everyone is pleasant and friendly 4, 4. Quality of care NA in independent living. 5.admin. staff tends to be harsh. 2. 6. Food is close to terrible. Mostly cold when received and sometimes cannot identify what we are supposed to eat 1. 7. Activities. Lots of activities from bowling to bingo . 5. 8. Value for money. Pretty good except for food . Spend a lot on food I can eat.
I feel like they could improve on communication. We had problems on move in day, no one seemed to know what was happening. There was also a huge misunderstanding regarding my father's medication. It has been resolved and is fine now.
