This clinic has a very friendly staff. The doctor and assistants were all genuinely caring about my rabbit. They explained everything they were doing and what was recommended and why. The cost was not too much. Nice and clean friendly establishment .

We had taken Yvette here May 2016 for an ear infection, and through an xray the vet also caught premature signs of pneumonia, and we medicated that before any signs of it showed up, giving her a full recovery! More recently, Josephine, our adventurous guinea pig, had to be brought here for eating 8 inches of (thin!!) headphone cables. Once out of the woods on that, she developed a nasty URI the next week. Our family adopted an Anaconda Hognose hatchling several months ago and had been caring for her mainly based on the information from the staff at the reptile store where we got her. There have been several instances when we started to suspect we weren't getting good information. When our little girl started refusing food and exhibiting changes in her skin we were very concerned. We boarded Sophie our chinchilla here over thanksgiving and it was a relief to not have to worry about her and to know if anything went wrong they knew what to do. Sophie was very happy to leave, but I know the staff cared for her very well. Our glass waterbottle was broken by accident, which isnt a big deal as we have a few spares at home. They offered to replace it and apologized several times. When we did the required check up before the boarding they were very professional and kept her relaxed through the exam. It is so comforting to know your exotic pet is being cared for by vets and nurses who truly understand how special these pets are. I've taken my rabbit here his entire life and they are just AMAZING. From their information to their treatment, to their walk-in openings and their emergency hotline they are always there for us. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my bun-son.
