We take all of our rescued bunnies here for spay/neuter surgeries, check ups, and regular care for my sick elderly rabbit. They always work with me and surprise me with their care.
I have never been so impressed with a Veterinary clinic as I have been with the Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine! Their staff is kind, caring, and knowledgeable on a myriad of different species. We have taken our bearded dragon here twice when he was sick to see Dr. Music and she has always gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to make sure that my baby got the best care possible. Everyone is so extremely helpful and I have never felt rushed in any of our appointments. Five stars for a vet crew th... read more
Business response:
Thank you for your wonderful review, Aliya! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and we truly enjoy having you as a client.
Absolutely the most knowledgeable, open-minded, caring and compassionate staff you could want for your reptiles. I was blown away by the compassionate care, and the follow-up. Dr. Alicia McLaughlin and Dr. Anneliese Strunk are very knowledgeable about reptiles and the unique care they may require. Both are also skilled surgeons. The staff is friendly and helpful. I could not give a higher recommendation!
Couldn't be happier with the care my foster rabbit, Charm, received late last night / early this morning from Dr Daigneault. Poor little girl was attacked by her sister and needed stitches. I was so fortunate to find this clinic open after-hours to care for her. Thank you so much to Dr Daigneault for your professionalism, knowledge and caring attitude toward Charm. They took such good care of her. Beautiful, clean facility.
To say that I have a close relationship with the doctors and staff at CBEAM would be an understatement. My African Gray has dilated cardiomyopathy and the doctors have been keeping her in great shape for the past seven years. She also likes to break her tail feathers and the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful during those stressful times. I really can't say enough good stuff about this place. If you have an exotic pet and you live in the Seattle area, this is the place to be.
I drive a hour one way just for the great care. So friendly and professional.
Kind and very knowledgeable. I have a vet for my parrotlet!!!!!!! My little bird is my buddy. Well worth the three hour round trip to go there!
