I don't know if there are enough superlatives to fully express the outstanding compassion and care at the Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine! They are not only extremely talented and skilled in their work, but their heart for animals of all kinds, and their kindness in understanding my devotion to my own pets is so appreciated. It is such a relief to have an experienced staff to provide care for your exotic companion animals that most vets would not consider. I was impressed with the care that my little buddy received.
Wonderful doctors and staff! They were always very pleasant and great about calling to give me updates on my chick who was staying overnight there due to a range of issues. It can be pricey but well worth it and I never felt pressured into paying for unnecessary services. I also liked the fact that Dr. Music spent time chatting with me in person prior to picking up my pet. She went over the care they provided and what the next steps would be at home. They are a fantastic bunch. Very caring, thorough and sensitive to the needs of the animals. Highly recommended for the care of your exotic animals.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My eclectus Ruby became very ill last month. We were given the upmost care and attention and each doctor has taken a special interest in Ruby's case. We still have a long road of treatment ahead of us, but I know that my girl is in the best hands.
This place is great! One of the vets came to speak at my work to educate people on the proper husbandry of exotics and taught us a ton. When I took a rescued gecko to her there was allot wrong with her but the vet was very genital and thorough. I didn't have much of a budget and they really worked with me. Exotic care is always very very expensive and they made it tolerable, doing a lot that they didn't have to do. You can tell these people are genuinely passionate about what they do. Great place!
Being a former ER vet tech for 11 years, I am so grateful and appreciative to have a REAL exotics hospital. These people care, and really know what they are doing. Excellent quality of care, bedside manner, and skill. Totally worth the drive.
