It is so comforting to know your exotic pet is being cared for by vets and nurses who truly understand how special these pets are. I've taken my rabbit here his entire life and they are just AMAZING. From their information to their treatment, to their walk-in openings and their emergency hotline they are always there for us. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my bun-son.

They did everything could for my Lil ferret floki an all the staff was fantastic at caring for my little baby, unfortunately we where nothe able to save him due to his illness but they made his last days pain free....thank you

We brought our holland lop Elmer in the late night/early morning after she had been acting very lethargic and unresponsive to food which is very unlike her. After calling we were able to get her in as soon as we were able to get there. Dr. Wicinas was the after hours vet and was happy to help given the awkward hour (1 am). She was comforting and didn't make us feel like we were crazy for calling so late (which we still feel bad for). They were very professional but not cold. Caring without feeling like it was fake sympathy. I thought the prices were ok considering all that was done. They put up with my insistance to see my doe after hours and it gave me the privilage of saying goodbye and she died in my arms
