This place is great! One of the vets came to speak at my work to educate people on the proper husbandry of exotics and taught us a ton. When I took a rescued gecko to her there was allot wrong with her but the vet was very genital and thorough. I didn't have much of a budget and they really worked with me. Exotic care is always very very expensive and they made it tolerable, doing a lot that they didn't have to do. You can tell these people are genuinely passionate about what they do. Great place!
Being a former ER vet tech for 11 years, I am so grateful and appreciative to have a REAL exotics hospital. These people care, and really know what they are doing. Excellent quality of care, bedside manner, and skill. Totally worth the drive.

I took my ball python, NeNe, in last night after she had been severely hurt from escaping and hiding under the dish washer. They took great care of her from the word go and walked me through my options. Unfortunately, I made the hard decision to let my pet go. Her injuries were just too severe. They allowed me time to say goodbye, take pictures and just talk to her as she passed. Overall, phenomenal staff. True animal lovers who do everything in their power to take care of a pet. Thank you so much.
You took incredible care of my daughter's ball python, "Nene", through her injury and finally her passing. You were straightforward, compassionate, understanding and made the trauma easier for both Nene and my daughter to bear. I can't thank you enough, you truly do care.
