My hen had eaten a screw. She was suffering. They were honest and did not push surgery. They did not push anything, just offered options. They also did not make me feel guilty that this occurred.

My boyfriend got a cockatiel and wanted to get his band removed. So we went here and had them remove it, then our cockatiel was boarded here for a week after his removal so that he could travel to get me. They burned his leg. The worst part was that they DIDNT EVEN NOTICE the whole week he was being boarded there. I noticed the very night I got back. My baby was in a cast for weeks. Then they charged us to fix the now infected burn on his leg. They charged us hundreds of dollars. Even with his leg in a cast he would sit very... read more
