I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed with the service I received at this veterinary clinic. I came in on the 28th at 11:00 pm with my sick but alert bird. They presented me with a $3,000 treatment plan, which I couldn't afford. The vet then offered two alternative plans, still very expensive, (my bird NEEDED fluids) and I desperately chose some treatments from one of them, and I trusted them because I loved my bird and wanted her to get better. cost is high, knowledge of how to treat rabbits is low, and explanations of what they think is going on is usually “it could be this, but it could also be this, the imaging and ultrasound wasn’t good, and rabbits are weird so like it could be anything, we can try xyz cuz i think its maybe most likely this?? but really it could also be this,” most recent experience. OR they convince you your rabbit is on death’s door so you pay more for extra care they don’t need—first experience a few years ago. avoid if you can.

Horrible experience! I do not recommend. Your animal will die in their care and the only thing they’re concerned about is over charging you.
