I took my rabbit here because I thought she had a partial prolapse, and she had intermittent soft cecotropes and her stomach was stiff. I checked her bottom before and after the visit, and it looked exactly the same. I was told the prolapse either hadn’t happened or resolved itself. After $500 of tests (~$800 in tests were recommended), everything was clear and I was told it may just be that her GI flora was off, or maybe she had an infection. I was sent home with meds and a set of instructions on what to feed her. Their ins... read more
Worst vet experience I’ve ever had, I was told I was a bad owner for a hair in my bunnies eye, they tried to tack on additional costs, the bedside manner of the vet was terrible and cold. We left upset and crying and never went back. Then a year later we receive a bill for charges we paid for. Would not recommend at all.
I'm sad to say my experience hasn't been great. My little girl passed away on Feb 16th while they were doing a procedure for an inaccurate diagnosis. They offered cremation services. I asked for the private urn and they told me I'd have her back in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them, we called. The recepcionist or whoever called back was not able to provide any answers. She said they submitted the request on March 6th (but my pet passed away Feb 16th and they should have submitted the request straight away... read more
My partner and I try really hard to be loyal to this vet after years of going there, even though it's 45 minutes out, as we run a senior rat rescue and many of them have medical needs constantly. We have had many of our rats euthanized here, and the last one really took the cake. We scheduled an appointment to put down the only rat we've ever raised from a baby, and cancelled because he was okay for 2 days before we had to reschedule. I had an understanding that the receptionist that I had talked to understood how difficult ... read more
This place has really gone downhill fast. it feels like every time we go it gets more and more expensive. Last time we went we were charged $70 to weigh our rat. While our vet was mediocre at best, the vet techs, assistants, and staff we encountered here were unprofessional, ignorant, and rude. If you are not having a life-threatening emergency with your pet, but you make an appointment and pay $500 upfront for services, you will be treated like you do not matter. It took 5 days, six trips back and forth from Edmonds to this clinic, and over 6 phone calls, to get a final diagnosis for our dwarf hamster: a UTI. This should have taken one to two days MAX and she should have been on a... read more
They misdiagnosed our Guinea Pig, has to go to another Vet, it was to late!! Would never Reccomend
My hen had eaten a screw. She was suffering. They were honest and did not push surgery. They did not push anything, just offered options. They also did not make me feel guilty that this occurred.
