We arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday night. We were ushered to the bar-area restaurant where there were booths around the bar room. Our biggest issue was the awful ambiance. Each booth had a 24” monitor continuously promoting the state lottery, presenting an eyesore that took up much of the booth. While the monitors’ sound had been turned off, it was replaced by loud, annoying electronic dance music coming over from the room speakers, and no one was dancing. Our recent visit was less than mediocre. Fettuccine Alfredo was dry and like warm as if sitting under heat lamp all afternoon. Not the place it used to be. The waitress had no real personality very curt. Very basic Italian American food. Too many menu items to do any of them well.

The Chateau is very convenient for me to meet people for lunch, and the food is consistently very good. The menu selection for lunch was excellent.
