Despite having a reservation, we were seated in the very loud lounge RIGHT next to the men’s room, despite other tables being available. I told the host that we were moving to the table further away and she said fine. Another group was then sat at the table and they asked to be moved. Take the hint, folks.

We were meeting friends for lunch, and The Chateau would be very convenient. The food there is generally good, so I made a reservation. Unfortunately, the Dining Rooms were closed, so we had a table in the bar; not ideal, but OK. Our friends enjoyed it.

our waitress Sofia was great. The young man working the keno was outstanding. quite the personality. I though he was funny. food was great.

It was all good but after I paid my bill I realized I had the 10 dollars off email when I told my server he said the manager couldn't take the 10 dollars off it was shocking. We are regular customers and always leave a great review so this was very disappointing. I'm sure the manager could of done it being in the food company myself I know I would of done it.
I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and it was the best decision we made! The property is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is amazing. My wife had chicken parm which she wouldn’t shut up about how good it was and I had a personal broke oven pizza. I will definitely be coming back here.
I've been going to the Chateau for years. The food is usually awesome but this time 2 of the 3 in our group were disappointed. Food barely warm to cold which depending upon the dish can significantly impact the texture and taste. Likely won't be going back for a while.
Our waiter (Nate?) was outstanding. We've always loved the Chateau, and have been going to your various restaurants for 50 years, starting with your first one in Waltham (where the onion rings were to die for!). We are so glad that you took over the old Valle's Steakhouse - which then became Grille 93 - and was failing miserably, before you came in and breathed new life into that location.
