My wife and I visited The Chateau for a special occasion. We really like The Chateau and have always had a great experience there...until this time. From the moment we were seated, a couple very near our booth, failed to contain and control their screaming child. Food was cold and sent back barely warm when it returned. Seemed like everything was prepared week ahead and reheated. Looked like production line
I made a reservation for 730, we didn't get seated until 745. Then the chicken that I ordered was NOT fully cooked. I'll stick with the original in Waltham where they actually care about your pleasurable dining experience.
They disregarded my reservation and that of another couple and took people who actually came into the rest. after both of us. They didn't care that we had reservations thought open table. The hostess was very rude and said she didn't know either couple as there, even we both had there beepers in hand. Don't know why I still go there. There is always a problem, I have been there before and was seated and had no waiter come to the table for over 15 minutes.
