Reservation made and seated in bar. I asked to sit in dining area and told unable to accommodate. Our waitress was the bartender. She was busy and we had to get up to say ready to order. Food was fine but never checked if it was. I knew it was not her fault being the bartender for restaurant. I will not return.

Despite our pointing out to our waiter than we lacked a place setting, he never brought one, and as we couldn't get his attention, we helped ourselves one from an empty table. Not a big deal. We each ordered a main course and a side salad. The salad arrived very promptly, but then the entrees were served less than 5 minutes later, not allowing us to enjoy our salads first. The impression I got was that we were to eat as quickly as possible so we would leave. The food was somewhat dry and extremely salty. We used to eat here ... read more

Went here for a date with my boyfriend. Was greeted right away by our server who was great. Ordered our drinks and appetizer of toasted raviolis. Came out in less than 5 minutes. We then ordered our dinners which came out in less than 15 minutes. Our total dinner lasted less than 45 minutes which is a huge turnoff. We were both left very unimpressed. Will not be returning.

We we t here for valentines day because our go to place has close and wanted a new Italian restaurant. The menu covers the type of food we like but sadly the cooking of it was just bad. Maybe other dishes were better but their chicken and veal parmigiana were like leather they were so over cooked. The sauce was was equally bland poor. Service was good, and it probably is fine for bringing the kids for a night out together. I would definitely not go again.

Was excited to try The Chateau. Less than impressed. Freezing cold Alfredo. They must heat it in microwave before serving. Bread wasn’t super fresh. Wasn’t impressed with our waitress. I will not be returning. Visited the location in Burlington MA.

There was a mouse running and hiding around the floor in the main seating area. Frozen and canned vegetables heated up. I have never been to an Olive Garden but, I assume it would be similar to this place but maybe not as pricey? Also, when I called to double check on our reservation, the hostess who answered the phone was far from cordial and pleasant. Horrible place.

The cocktails tastled like mostly mixer. We only ech tried one and then switched to wine. Mussels marinara was a good appetizer. Fish and chips was just ok. The fries were over cooked or had been reheated but the fish was ok - not greasy and soggy. The chicken picatta was just "meh". The serving size was good but we thought it lacked flavor. The service was ok. Parking was plentiful. We were seated immediately for our reservation.

Food was lukewarm, severely lacking in taste, and not well presented. The bread that was served to the table looked like it was store-bought pre-sliced bread and was borderline cold. We ordered the calamari Rhode Island style as an appetizer, which was the only good part of the entire meal. The main dishes that were ordered were the chicken marsala, one of their "Trios" (toasted ravioli, eggplant parmesan, a meatball), and the fettucine alfredo with shrimp. We could not find the marsala sauce in the chicken marsala and inste... read more
