I ordered the lob shrimp scallop Diavalo with the butter garlic and wine and it came swimming in what looked like beef broth, no garlic taste and no butter taste. One claw the tip of another claw 3 scallops that looked cut and a couple of shrimp. I should have sent it back but I was hungry and just wanted to eat my dinner and go home. Me bad next time I will complain if it’s as bad. For 27.95 they can fill it with more seafood.

Let me first start by saying we go to the Chateau regularly and the food has generally been pretty good. On our last two visits the food was worse than poor. I am a big fan of their lobster, shrimp and scallop diavalo dish and order it frequently. I order it with gluten free pasta and always preface my order with I like the pasta extra al dente. For the occasional wait person who may not know what that means I further say I like the pasta extra firm to the pint of almost being crunchy. On our last two occasions my pasta came... read more

This is our first time at this place and may be our last. Food is nowhere near Italian or the quality of a good Italian restaurant. I truly believe food is made in Bulk to be able to serve families and therefore quality is jeopardized. It is reasonably priced for families and kids friendly. In addition, the length of time it took to bring food, especially appetizers, is not in line with fast service. This is a big improvement that the restaurant must make.

My wife and I visited The Chateau for a special occasion. We really like The Chateau and have always had a great experience there...until this time. From the moment we were seated, a couple very near our booth, failed to contain and control their screaming child. These were not occasional bursts of nose but a full-fledged, continuous assault by what can only be described as a screaming banshee. The disturbance was constant and extremely annoying to say the least. As parents ourselves, we are keenly aware and skilled at not r... read more

Food was cold and sent back barely warm when it returned. Seemed like everything was prepared week ahead and reheated. Looked like production line

I made a reservation for 730, we didn't get seated until 745. Then the chicken that I ordered was NOT fully cooked. I'll stick with the original in Waltham where they actually care about your pleasurable dining experience.

They disregarded my reservation and that of another couple and took people who actually came into the rest. after both of us. They didn't care that we had reservations thought open table. The hostess was very rude and said she didn't know either couple as there, even we both had there beepers in hand. Don't know why I still go there. There is always a problem, I have been there before and was seated and had no waiter come to the table for over 15 minutes.
