The food is great, but, it appears they are still ironing out the kinks. Our first experience was with a takeout order - two sandwiches one with salad, one with slaw and a french onion soup. They forgot to bag the slaw and soup. Ugh. We had dinner with friends there recently and my friend is gluten sensitive. At first we were impressed they seemed to go out of their way to let us know that the manager would deliver hers personally. Pretty cool. Well, he didn't. She got a gluten dinner. Overall this was a very good experience. The only drawback is that they were very crowded with guests waiting everywhere. We had a 5:15 reservation and were seated at 5:30. Hostess was overwhelmed and not congenial at all. Service once seated was excellent - efficient and personable. Food was excellent.

The entree’s were fantastic and very flavorful. The reason why the 4 stars is the dessert Wasn’t enjoyable, tasted stale and was missing something. (Cheesecake and cannoli )

We had made reservations for a large party a week in advance. We still waited about a half hour to be seated. Once we were, our waitress seemed to have too many tables. We had to wait long periods of time before being able to place an extra drink order or between appetizers and ordering. They were very busy but should accommodate for that on a Saturday night. Overall the food was good and the restaurant was nicely done but don't expect to get in and out quickly.

This was our Valentine's dinner, we wanted to go somewhere new. Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark of being edible. My wife sent her entire meal back because it wasn't seasoned did not taste like chicken picatta and seems to have jarred gravy microwaved and just thrown on top. Our fried calamari appetizer was soggy, luke warm, and extremely rubbery as though it was also microwaved. Then we have my meal. I had the swordfish with a baked potato. Our Waiter was young and seemed new. He Kept forgetting everything yet NO ONE WAS THERE really, It was A Monday at 6:00. Had to ask a few times for things. Never brought me SweetNLow asked twice Seafood Trio was Not good. at best OK i didn't get sick. Served with NO Sdes, Zero, Dinners served with white breade not Italia , No Salad, No Cole SLAW, No Vegetable ....Nothing ...so "not much food" for $28: "Small" bay scallops like 5-6, 2 TWO "Small" Shrimps, menu stated Stuffed Shrimp, more like bread crumbs just sprinkled over ... read more

Service was really poor - over 2 hours for a simple dinner for 4 without appetizers…

My second time here I was not impressed, I expected higher quality for a place that requires reservations. I don’t know if the dishwasher wasn’t working but everything was dirty, the server did replace. My first experience was good but seems lately after COVID happened these places are struggling to return back to their normal ways.
