Wasn't great. Ordered an app that didn't come. Food came and the excuse is that red sauce meals come out fast and frying takes time. That the calamari would be out soon. We said no, we didn't want it. The server was attentive, young, and not very good at timing. No need to rush back. Their focus on their famous toasted ravioli (which aren't very good from past dinings), needs to change to focused on all the food.

Long Wait....waiter looked like he had too many tables....food came out cold and some of the order was not correct..

We love coming here. The bread was stale which was very disappointing. The salad was good. My chicken parm was slightly warm. It was a Friday night at 6pm which we thought since you open at 4 everything would be fresh.

Don't dine here if you are in a hurry. The food was ok. The service was very slow. It was not the fault of the waitress because there was just one person covering the bar and the floor. The girl was probably overwhelmed. Not sure if the kitchen was also short staffed but it took forever for the food to be served.

I made a reservation for 6 diners for a pre-Christmas celebration. Four out of six did not like their meals. The marinara sauce is gross - "tasteless" is how it was described by many. It tasted like store bought tomato sauce straight from the can that I use to make marinara sauce. It was served over the eggplant parmesan and also the combo specials, so adulterated any Italian dish ordered. The lobster, shrimp Diavolo was served with the rubbery claw meat only and my husband sent it back - they remade it with some actual lobs... read more

Took over an hour to get our food once ordered. Had to wave down the waitress to order additional drinks. Food arrived like warm. Will not dine there again.

Not a fan. Servers are inattentive food is over priced for mere pasta. Carrot cake was good tho.

Wait staff was great but was told the cook burned something and they were cooking something over. When all the food came out 3 out of the 4 meals were cold.

Music was loud hip hop type. Terrible Went for a relaxing dinner. Waiter was great but a little overwhelmed with his job load. Food was disappointing. We’ve been there before but won’t go again anytime soon. Host gave us one menu for two people. We had to go back for another menu. 👎👎👎
