Food was incredibly slow and not great when it finally arrived.

Overpriced, anything besides a sandwich or small pizza is $20+. Waitress wasn’t great, biggest complaint was she put a very very hot plate of Mac and cheese down right in front of my 19 month old daughter and didn’t say anything just went in her business. Could have been very bad. The Rome restaurant nearby is more mom and pop shop but same food quality and cheaper prices

5/ 27 6pm I got the trio of chicken parm, lasagna, and Alfredo. The red sauce tasted good, however the chicken was rubbery, the lasagna was chewy along the edges, and the Alfredo sauce was not creamy and was tasteless. Maybe the food was made the day before or it must have been under a heat lamp far too long before it was served. The waitress was nice and asked if I wanted a manager but I declined, paid for the meal, and learned a lesson to never go back unless it's for the Italian Mai Tai because that was good!

We had a reservation on Mother’s Day for 4:15pm. We arrived on time but were told “our “ table was not ready but the party was finishing up. After about 15 minutes we were offered a high table but we declined. Another 10 minutes passed so we asked if we could have one of the tables reserved for 6pm. The manager hesitated but finally agreed. He was not very friendly and unapologetic. Very poorly managed restaurant. The food was terrible and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Bad service, only tipped 20% because feel guilty. Never asked how anything was. Food was burnt. Got orange mush with cinnamin for squash and powdered mashed potatoes...my fault for not asking enough questions. Salad and appetizer were good. Bread was OK. Drink wasnt as good as hoped.

Wasn't great. Ordered an app that didn't come. Food came and the excuse is that red sauce meals come out fast and frying takes time. That the calamari would be out soon. We said no, we didn't want it. The server was attentive, young, and not very good at timing. No need to rush back. Their focus on their famous toasted ravioli (which aren't very good from past dinings), needs to change to focused on all the food.

Long Wait....waiter looked like he had too many tables....food came out cold and some of the order was not correct..

We love coming here. The bread was stale which was very disappointing. The salad was good. My chicken parm was slightly warm. It was a Friday night at 6pm which we thought since you open at 4 everything would be fresh.
