Great place to eat! Our waitress was fabulous. We had a good time and the food was delicious.
This was our Valentine's dinner, we wanted to go somewhere new. Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark of being edible. My wife sent her entire meal back because it wasn't seasoned did not taste like chicken picatta and seems to have jarred gravy microwaved and just thrown on top. Our Waiter was young and seemed new. He Kept forgetting everything yet NO ONE WAS THERE really, It was A Monday at 6:00. Had to ask a few times for things. Never brought me SweetNLow asked twice Seafood Trio was Not good. at best OK i didn't get sick. Service was really poor - over 2 hours for a simple dinner for 4 without appetizers…

My second time here I was not impressed, I expected higher quality for a place that requires reservations. I don’t know if the dishwasher wasn’t working but everything was dirty, the server did replace. My first experience was good but seems lately after COVID happened these places are struggling to return back to their normal ways.

It was very poor service and the food wasn’t as good as it should have been. Disappointed and it was my daughter’s birthday!

I have been to many of the Chateaux Restaurants with nothing but great food and service. The Franklin location however was a severe disappointment. Our waitress, Melissa, showed up over 10 minutes after we were seated. She then started off by telling us she hadn't slept for over 30 hours. It was then another 20 minutes before we received water.
