Always understaffed, hostess was clearing tables , everything was slow

It was very poor service and the food wasn’t as good as it should have been. Disappointed and it was my daughter’s birthday!

I have been to many of the Chateaux Restaurants with nothing but great food and service. The Franklin location however was a severe disappointment. Our waitress, Melissa, showed up over 10 minutes after we were seated. She then started off by telling us she hadn't slept for over 30 hours. It was then another 20 minutes before we received water. They missed our kids pizza due to some miscommunication between the teams and have to wait for 15 to 20 mins. Though they taken out the cost , it spoiled our dinning experience.

Food came out too quickly and was not hot. We didn’t get our drinks until halfway thru our meal. Overall the food was meh. We won’t be going back anytime soon. Sadly disappointed.
