4 of us ate and all four of us enjoyed our dinners. The Calamari appetizer is worth trying. The Eggplant was good but without a lot of flavor. The Chicken Parm was also good but it was small portion and without a lot of flavor. The Hostess sitting us was pleasant and funny and the servers were attentive. I'd rate the food a B plus. Italian restaurants are my favorite.

Calamari was chewy and only rings which is a little suspect that they were not fresh. Fra Diavlo was very watery but surprisingly well flavored. Stuffed shrimp were decent. Service slow, bread offered after appetizers. It was not busy at all and still very slow service

Dinner was great for all - service was quick and helpful. Really good food at a good price.
We had the special - lobster ravioli. The sauce was great. The lobster stuffing was gritty & tasted off.

Arrived late for our reservation but called ahead to advise. Was seated as soon as we arrived. Mary was a good server. Food was good, but temperature throughout our 5 meals was inconsistent. Lasagna was not hot. Toasted ravioli was dry. Chicken Parm was good. Meatballs were great.

We’ve been going to various Chateau locations for years, the food quality seems to be going downhill. We went for their Restaurant Week specials. I got Trio 3, which included chicken parm, pasta and toasted ravioli. When it came out the chicken and toasted ravioli had a mushy texture like it was heated in a microwave. Not what it used to be like, with a nice crisp texture. Service was prompt and good.

Our waitress, Joyce, was the catalyst that made our dining experience great. Joyce anticipated and delivered excellent service that had us fully satisfied with our birthday party at the Chateau. The Restaurant Week Menu package included Italian Wedding soup, entree and dessert. Our daughter worked with the Chateau to provide each of us with a glass of wine to further enhance my wife’s birthday memories.
