Waitress was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. Service was great and food was very good. Would go back again. !

The waiter was very busy and was unable to be as attentive as we would have liked. Maybe restaurant was short-staffed!?

Great food and Molly (?) provided excellent service. Checked on us multiple times & very attentive.

Not our first time at the Chateau in Franklin. Food was good - looks like they added some items (chicken and veal marsala, for instance), which is nice. I'm imagining they were understaffed at our visit. It took a while to sit down, despite the restaurant being only partially full with open tables scattered. Wait staff were friendly and tried their best. We'll return again at some point.
