I visited Chef’s Table a couple of weeks ago with my sister, and it reminded me why I keep coming back. This is such a warm, welcoming restaurant in Vintage Park, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy the experience. I ordered their signature meat skewers served upright (one of my favorite dishes there), along with the shrimp, and we also shared the garlic brochettes. This place is such a gem. We discovered it a few years ago during Houston Restaurant Week (which is a steal!! Def come in August!!) and have been coming back regularly since. Some of our favorite dishes are the stuffed papadews, kale salad, the chicken Florentine, the penduradas (always perfectly cooked).

I like to start my reviews with a one sentence summary, but I don't think I can manage a sentence. Just, "Wow!" Absolutely amazing experience. Constantine was our server and he was so knowledgeable about the menu and background of the restaurant and Chef. The food was the best food I’ve gotten from a restaurant in a long time. We got the Durban Chicken and Hot Honey Salmon for entrees, Sticky Pork Belly as an appetizer, Lobster Mac and Cheese and Garlic Naan as the sides, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Passionfruit Crème Brûlée for dessert.
