Very nice place to live I've lived at the district for over a year and have had a pretty great experience so far. My apartment is nice, clean, and modern. My room and bathroom are spacious. The pool is very nice, although sometimes it is closed for maintenance. I use the gym, and it is enough for the basics but I do wish we had more space/better equipment in there. They do struggle with the gates, but it hasn't affected me too badly. Overall, I've had a good experience. The location is prime for walking to target!
Best Apartment Compared to what I was living in before I moved here, this place is one of the best apartments I've lived at.

Lovely Apartment Been living in the District since December 2020. Theres been highs and lows with living here but mostly positive things. I’ve enjoyed my time living here and hope to continue doing do
I am enjoying my new home I moved in November 2024. So far staff is friendly. Most of my neighbors are quit and polite. I love that it is closed to several grocery stores and shops.
Great Place, wish rent was cheaper I've lived here for ~8 months and I really like it. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-lit. I'm always able to find a parking spot, although sometimes it can be a struggle. My only complaint is that the rent is expensive, and I pay more than my friend who has lived here longer and has a bigger room.
Love living at The District Can’t imagine living anywhere else! The complex has everything you want for comfortable living conditions. Check it out.
