Well Run Community - I Highly Recommend The District I have lived here for two years. It is a great community with wonderful amenities. The front office staff is always helpful and any maintenance requests are handled immediately (like same day or next day at the latest).
You can’t go wrong with The District. An ideal location that suits all lifestyles. We’ve been residents for 2 years now and are approaching our third. I believe that should be testament to how much we love living here.

Very Nice Community but Pricey I have lived here since January 2022 and what I like most about living here are the amenities, cleanliness of the community, the close proximity to the stores and the quietness. What I don’t like is how high the rent is, how the front gates are always broken and are open so long that at least two cars will get in once open.
