Tenant Review I’ve been here 3 years. Initially, a clean, desirable location to live however it’s been declining.

Great Community I have lived here a year and it is an amazing rental community
not enough trash cans in common areas the palm trees outside the balconies are too long and frequently hit the balcony when it is windy and cause alot of noise
overpriced apartment complex I have lived here for going on 4 years now, and it started off great. Management was engaging and helpful, and other residents were respectful. After year 1, that went downhill very quickly. Fast forward to 2022, and we are at an all time low. Everything here is broken from the gates, workout equipment, key fabs to get into the complex, etc. The new management workers seem to get paid to simply respond with "I don't know," to any question you ask, and will definitely not answer a phone call durin... read more
Grounds dirty landscaping really bad Community needs work dog poop all over no coloration very boring looking neighbors upstairs really bad
Could be better The office could def take care of things quicker new management doesn’t seem to be amazing. Put in work order heat smelled yup got chilly in Fla fire alarm went off put request in verbally 4 days later no one came! Residents can threaten others nothing happens. Neighbors can be so rude play music all times of night and nothing
