living here i just move in
Love it here at The District of Boynton I have lived here for almost one year. I love waking to blue skies and wispy clouds viewed from my bedroom, and a safe quiet environment . It's amazing how everything is so close to The District, 1/2 mile average distance to anywhere you need to go. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
Gate has been open for a week I have moved here ,for about three years and three management companies the first one was really great they would give us beer and ice cream by the pool on Sundays there was a wonderful coffee machine and people would congregate and visit in the common areas and the gardens were beautiful now the gardens work like they were done by Home Depot we have no drinks no water no coffee our security gate has been broken for over a week and I can’t split payments with my roommates so I have a roommate bu... read more
Moderate place to live This could be a very special place but between having 3 new management co in 3 years it is not so luxury a community. And then there is the rent OH BOY
Excellent community to live! Been living here for 3yrs now and absolutely love it.
Super easy I have been here for a month and the community is great so far and the location is great.
Overall management & Maintenance very helpful Management staff has been very helpful
Feb 2022 Review Noise: Lots of constantly barking dogs, loud music, and loud cars. Maintenance: Still no repair to ceiling leak that we've had for months, paint peeling, ceiling stained, looks bad. Mold was tested and reported as a non-issue but never saw a report. Becoming impatient with lack of completion to the repair/issue. Staff: Haven't met a lot of the new staff yet. Value: Rent payments for what you get are average for this area. Amenities: Average for this area. Parking and Location rated as great for obvious reason... read more
Noise The walls are so thin I sometimes find it hard from the snoring of my neighbor
